The Gynecologic Cancer Foundation (GCF) was established in 1991 by the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists (SGO) to promote public awareness about the prevention, early detection and treatment of gynecologic cancers. SGO, with approximately 1,200 members, is the only national professional organization for gynecologic oncologists. All SGO members are members of the Foundation.
The National Cervical Cancer Coalition (NCCC) founded in 1996, is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to serving women with, or at risk for, cervical cancer and HPV disease.
